This project for a fisherman and his young son is the reason we do what we do.
The owner dreamed of building a two-story home that could one day become two separate houses — one for him, and one for his son when he grows up.
The house is located on a steep 147 sqm plot with very limited buildable space, so every square meter had to be designed with precision and intention to bring his vision to life.
The concept draws inspiration from traditional fishing huts and riverside cabins. We reimagined it through the lens of present-day needs and transformed it into a vision for the future.
We turned this steep and challenging terrain into a home offering 68 sqm on the ground floor, 112 sqm on the upper level, and a 25 sqm terrace — creating a place that fits not only a father and his son, but the whole family.
